ARE THE SHOES AUTHENTICATED?
Yes. Ownkicks has a team of sneaker authentication experts with over 15+ years combined experience authenticating shoes. Each listing is reviewed 2-3 times for accuracy and compared with the original to confirm.

AUTHENTICATION HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our diverse team of sneaker authenticators authenticate each shoe with precision to identify flaws and originality. We communicate through email with our findings and provide feedback.
We authenticate solely on the photos uploaded by the seller or requester. We do not control transactions outside Ownkicks and strongly recommend our customers protect their purchase and buy from trusted sellers. Transaction outside of Ownkicks platform is at the customer's own risk and we will not be held liable.

SHOULD I SUBMIT PHOTOS OR THE URL WHEN REQUESTING AUTHENTICATION?
Send us the direct URL of the item listed on any website or app such as Facebook, Instagram, OfferUp, Grailed, GOAT, eBay or Depop for authentication. You may be required to upload a single picture only if you provided the seller or business URL.
If requesting authentication without the business or seller URL, please upload 10-20 quality pictures.

AUTHENTICATION REQUEST SPAMMING:
Submitting more than two authentication requests in 24 hours is considered spamming. Abusing the unlimited authentication could get you banned.

IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes, your information is secured.

CAN ANYONE SELL ON OWNKICKS?
No. Our team review and select only trusted resellers and footwear stores.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAVED ON THIS PLATFORM?
No. Ownkicks does not store your credit/debit card information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We encourage international shipping, but it is best to ask the seller if they are willing to ship internationally. International shipping fees may vary.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORKS?
When selling, make sure to include the shipping fee as part of the selling price and mention in the description if the price includes international shipping or domestic shipping only.

CAN MY ORDER OR PAYMENT BE CANCELED?
Yes. The seller has the right to accept or reject a payment/order. For item listed by business, contact the business or email support@ownkicks.com

I USED THE FILTER BUT NOTHING IS SHOWING FOR MY SIZE.
If after correctly filtering for your size and nothing showed up, it means that your size is out of stock.

FILTER BY INDIVIDUAL OR BUSINESS:
Click on Owner Type (desktop) or click on Filter (using a mobile device)

WILL I BE CHARGED IF THE PAYMENT IS CANCELED?
No. You will not be charged. For item listed by a business, contact the business directly or email support@ownkicks.com

IS OWNKICKS LEGIT?
Yes. Ownkicks is legit.

AFTER SOMEONE BUYS THE SHOES OR SNEAKERS, DO I SHIP IT TO OWNKICKS?
We are integrated with Shippo, making it easier for the seller to ship the item from their Shippo’s account to the buyer.

IS THERE A SELLING FEE?
Ownkicks has a monthly subscription and single payment option. There is a processing fee of 3%.

HOW DO I SETUP PAYMENT?
Login into your account. >Scroll over to your profile. > Click on Account settings. > Click on Subscription. > Select one of the three payment plans.

IS PAYOUT DETAILS REQUIRED?
Yes, completing the payout details allows sellers to receive funding.

AS A SELLER, WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Be 100% genuine (real) with your customer.
  • Communicate with your customer.
  • Include shipping and return policy details.
  • All purchased items must be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding local pickup).
  • Must provide tracking information to the buyer.
  • Provide an accurate description of the item you are selling.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAKE PAIR OF SHOES AFTER BUYING A LEGIT PAIR BASED ON THE IMAGE?
On Ownkicks, Stripe is the payment processing system. Therefore, all purchases are protected. We understand a seller may list authentic sneakers and later ship a fake pair, that is why we strongly suggest only buying from Ownkicks verified sellers. We will not be held liable for transactions outside of Ownkicks platform. We will ban any Ownkicks seller who ships fake shoes (given additional review and the opportunity to fix their mistake).

THE SELLER MENTIONED THAT THE SHOE WAS AUTHENTICATED BY OWNKICKS, HOW DO I CONFIRM WHAT THE SELLER IS SAYING?
Ask the seller for the item listing ID and contact the Ownkicks team to confirm. We will check our database to confirm or refute what was mentioned.

DOES OWNKICKS HELP WITH AUTHENTICATING THE SHOE AFTER IS BEEN RECEIVED?
Yes, sign up for one of our payment plans and request authentication.

RETURN POLICY:
Each seller sets their own return policy. Please contact the seller for more information.

SELLING TIPS:

  • Do not sell to any buyer asking you to contact them via text message
